Design, prepare and facilitate off-site meetings tailored to meet the needs of boards and leadership teams.
Facilitate follow up conversations and actions as required to support and assess progress.
Collaborating with the CEO, Executive Director, and/or Board design a comprehensive approach to governance including charters, roles, training and operating rhythm
Counsel CEO/Executive Director on ways to best manage boards/leadership teams
