Elements

  • In collaboration with boards and leadership teams create alignment around the situation at hand and a clear path forward. 

  • Design, prepare and facilitate off-site meetings tailored to meet the needs of boards and leadership teams.

  • Facilitate follow up conversations and actions as required to support and assess progress. 

  • Collaborating with the CEO, Executive Director, and/or Board design a comprehensive approach to governance including charters, roles, training and operating rhythm

  • Counsel CEO/Executive Director on ways to best manage boards/leadership teams
