  • Conduct team 360s to help surface opportunities for improving alignment. 

 

  • Design, prepare and facilitate off-site meetings tailored to the needs of the organization.

  • Facilitate follow up conversations and actions as required to support and ensure progress. 

  • Collaborate with the CEO, President, Executive Director, to develop a comprehensive approach to governance including designing the overall governance architecture, defining committee charters, outlining individual roles and establishing operating practices.
