  • In collaboration with boards and/or leadership teams create alignment around a clear path forward. 

  • Design, prepare and facilitate off-site meetings tailored to the needs of boards and leadership teams.

  • Facilitate follow up meetings and actions plans as required to support and assess progress. 

  • Collaborating with the CEO, Executive Director, and or Board develop a a comprehensive approach to institutional governance
