Elements

  • Help boards and leadership teams align around the situation at hand and develop a clear path forward. 

 

  • Counsel CEO/President/Executive Director on the best ways to manage boards/leadership teams. 

  • Conduct leadership team 360s to help surface opportunities for improving alignment. 

 

  • Design, prepare and facilitate off-site meetings tailored to meet the needs of boards and leadership teams.

  • Facilitate follow up conversations and actions as required to support and assess progress. 

  • Collaborating with the CEO, Executive Director, and/or Board design a comprehensive approach to governance including charters, roles, training and operating rhythm.
