• In collaboration with CEOs and their leadership teams develop a strategic roadmap that aligns stakeholders around a clear path forward.

• Conduct organizational 360s utilizing one on one interviews to understand key organizational issues in an effort to build stronger alignment.

• Tune the organization's design so capabilities in the organization can fully be harnessed in service of executing the strategic plan.

• ​Orchestrate major organizational change programs including transformations, turnarounds and restructurings. 

 

• Design and facilitate retreats for boards and leadership teams that support building alignment and planning execution. ​

 

• ​Provide executive coaching to CEOs and members of the senior leadership teams
